The Cornish Jute Bag Company has been formed to fill the need for a local West Country supplier of environmentally-friendly bags.

In this throwaway age, the sight of polythene bags hanging in the hedgerows, choking our rivers and streams, killing our wildlife and sea creatures is a tragedy which is finally receiving action, mainly due to the unstinting efforts of committed individuals. Many people are now joining the trend away from polythene towards natural materials in an effort to save resources and stop pollution. 

The Cornish Jute Bag Company offers a range of shopping bags made from Jute and Cotton which can be used time after time thus reducing the necessity for more polythene carriers.

All our bags are manufactured to our specification in India and imported directly by us.  We believe that the range, although small at the moment, offers you a choice that will suit most requirements.  If you require your own design, we can arrange to have this manufactured for you - just ask.

As you will realise, this site has been developed and published very quickly to suit an immediate requirement for an internet presence.  Consequently there will be lots of questions left unanswered.  Please do contact us with your questions at sales@cornishjutebag.com and we will answer you as quickly as possible.

All orders will have VAT applied at the ruling rate at the time of despatch. Any orders for delivery out of county will be subject to a carriage charge applied at cost.  E&OE.
